- A completed and signed Agreement.
- Your most recent paycheck stub.
- A copy of your personal check
with VOID across it. (No temporary checks)
- A Minimum monthly gross income of
$1,000.00
- A copy of your most recent bank
statement (this statement must be dated within 30 days
of the day you apply.
- All forms must be signed.
- No outstanding payday loans (We
use Teletrack)
- You must be able to receive phone
calls at home and work.
- Direct Deposit is mandatory
